Where are the machines? How is the network?
A Singapore data centre, dedicated rack space, gigabit uplink; low latency to Southeast Asia, mainland China and worldwide.
How do I use it remotely?
NetEase UU Remote is pre-configured; connect with device code + passcode from macOS / Windows / iOS / Android. SSH / VNC can be arranged on request.
Can I install my own software or sign in with my Apple ID?
Yes. The machine is dedicated and the user account is an administrator; just sign out of Apple ID and turn off Find My Mac before returning.
Forgot the password or the machine hangs?
Use the customer portal: 'Reset user password' or 'Restart' take effect in about a minute; contact support for anything else.
Can MDM see my files?
No. MDM only pushes system settings (no sleep, auto-login, screensaver) and lock/erase commands; it never reads files, and ops never upload or copy customer data.
Minimum term and payment?
1 month minimum, prepaid monthly; discounts from 3 months. SGD / CNY / USD accepted with invoice.
Can you host my own Mac mini?
Yes (BYO). Ship it to our Singapore facility; we apply the baseline configuration and add it to monitoring. See quote for fees.
What happens to my data after return?
The customer account and personal files are deleted via the account-rebuild procedure and the system is checked for residue; enterprise-enrolled machines can be fully erased.
