24×7 monitoring & ops

Online status, expiry reminders, remote restart, user password reset, UU passcode rotation — all self-service in the customer portal; incidents answered within 30 minutes.

Apply

Tell us model, quantity, purpose and term; we reply with a quote within 1 business day.

Provisioning

After signing and payment the machine is provisioned; the delivery sheet includes the user account, UU device code / passcode and the portal access code.

Use remotely

Connect via UU Remote and work; restart or password reset is self-service in the portal.

Renew / return

Reminder 7 days before expiry; sign out of your Apple ID before returning and we reclaim the machine via account rebuild.
